Shipping Policy — Out of Print Cards

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and packed within [1–3] business days of purchase.  Orders placed during high-demand periods (new set releases, restocks) may take longer to process — we'll note any delays on the site if they apply. Pre-Orders are an exception.

Our store may be closed for vacation during a certain period and we will always disclose vacations with an announcement banner at the top of the site. If on vacation, we will process and pack orders within [1-3] business days after the end of the disclosed vacation periods.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $150 or more (before tax, after any discounts) ship free within the continental United States. 

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

  • Orders valued over $500 require a signature on delivery. This can't be waived, even upon request, as it protects both you and us in the event of a lost-package claim.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can begin a carrier investigation. If tracking shows no delivery scan after an extended period, contact us and we'll file a claim.
  • Damaged packages: Photograph the package and its contents before discarding any packaging, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. This documentation is required to file a claim with our shipping insurance.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase and are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before an order ships.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. [Update this section if/when you add international or Alaska/Hawaii shipping.]
