Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sealed product for any reason, including but not limited to condition, cosmetic packaging wear, or change of mind.

Sealed product may show minor cosmetic imperfections — small tears, dings, corner wear, or shelf wear on the outer packaging — as a normal result of case packing, distribution, and shipping. This is expected and is not grounds for a claim.

The only exception: if we made an error and shipped you the wrong item (wrong product, wrong set, or wrong quantity), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of what you received, and we'll correct it at no cost to you.
